Clear Leisure 2017 (100%)
Clear Leisure 2017 holds the following assets:
- rights on the Mediapolis’ land auction proceeds, amounting to € 1,663,000 (of which € 1,480,932 already paid in 2020 and € 182,068 at the conclusion of Mediapolis’ bankruptcy procedure, minus € 50,000 used to purchase a legal claim against Mediapolis’ former director and internal audit team, valued by the receiver up to € 20m)
- € 10.8m claim against Sipiem previous management and Audit Committee
- € 1.38m claim against Sosushi previous management.
Sipiem SpA (50.17%)
Sipiem is a minority shareholder in T.L.T. SaS and owns a number of real estate assets in Italy, including a minority stake in the Ondaland Waterpark. It has issued a claim for € 10.8m against the previous management team and audit committee that was acquired by Clear Leisure 2017 in 2019.
Mediapolis Srl (84.04%)
Currently in bankruptcy procedure. Clear Leisure 2017 is the main secured creditor (see Clear Leisure 2017 section).
Sosushi Srl (99.97%)
Currently not operative, previously a Sushi restaurants chain in Italy. Clear Leisure 2017 holds a € 1.38m claim against the previous management (see Clear Leisure 2017 section) .
